Hello, Ms. Bradley:
It is very unusual for me to write a letter about a product but this letter is necessary.
I am quite new to quilting, love applique, and have done about fifteen quilt tops from various designers. I wondered from time to time why the patterns needed to be so difficult to figure out. Or not fun to work with. Or just plain confusing. Or just a pain. And now I have found yours. They are so user friendly and so very delightful to use that I had to write you and let you know, though you probably hear this all the time.
I only started on Happy Halloween just last week, but already have purchased Snuggly Buggly and can hardly wait to start on it.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it is to purchase your patterns and use them. It is obvious that you care about those who are trying to create your designs and you make things so clear, you include what we need (for example,instead of making us try to find a photocopy store to reverse the pattern-I live in a very rural area), and, OH MY GOSH!: you include both patterns and placement designs. And your instructions are totally complete, easy to follow, thorough, and just a delight.
I am definitely a more than satisfied customer and will be looking at your designs first and foremost as I purchase in the future.
I just had to write and say a thank you from an appreciative buyer.

I just finished making your Bountiful Beauties. It was so fun and turned out so cute. I want to commend you on the quality of your patterns. I ordered another pattern made by a different company but similar to yours at the same time that I ordered yours. I just opened it to begin it and the quality of the pattern instructions does not begin to compare to yours. It has a nice general pattern but no extra copy of the tracing pieces with extensions or tabs for placement beneath adjoining pieces like yours does nor does it have the order in which pieces should be placed. As a fairly novice crafter of appliqué, your tracing sheet and instructions are much easier to follow. Thanks for making higher quality patterns. I will definitely order more of your patterns and will spread the word to my quilting friends.
